Breakdown of a $6,120 Real Estate Cleanup Bid For Foreclosure Cleanup Business Owners
A foreclosure cleanup company may receive requests from realtors, banks and larger property preservation companies to submit bids on various services. For example, as the owner of a foreclosure cleaning company, you may need to bid on lawn care, tree trimming, gutter cleaning, trash, leaf repair, interior cleaning, carpet and vinyl removal and more. .
A suitable application can be a bit difficult if you don’t take everything into account. Below is a quick and dirty breakdown of a recently completed property cleaning and repair estimate so you can see how it was submitted.
Below are the different things that the regulator wanted this foreclosure cleaning company to apply for:
— Complete interior cleaning of a 3966 sq. ft. home: including all rooms, kitchen counter tops/cabinets/sink, all appliances, (refrigerator, oven, vent hood, dishwasher laundry, etc.), ceiling fans, mirrors, and windows (high and low level, indoor and outdoor); Sweeping basement and garage areas.
–Re-key doors (front, back and two floor doors).
–Install new garage remote controls for 2 garage doors near rear side; repair or replace a realtor’s inoperable garage door remote control.
— Fix a broken screen door in the entrance behind the kitchen.
–Debris Removal: Remove debris, furniture, exercise equipment, bikes, misc. items from the house and get rid of them (except the lawn equipment) – including items under the floor which are clearly marked. (Note: Realtor will place yellow post-it notes on items and furniture that are to be left.)

— This Estimate / Bid is good for 7 (Seven) days from the date of the estimate / bid. If the Customer accepts the Appraisal / Proposal, please sign and return it in accordance with the attached Contract Instructions.
–Days to complete: 2 days (Two days)
