Gina Farnsworth Bio and Her Fitness Model Advice to Get Ripped
This Australian fitness model is known for her great biceps and her winning personality.
She has been actively involved in gymnastics since the age of 7 and left the sport at the age of 15.
Gina has competed up to the Olympic level in gymnastics, played on a senior hockey team until she was about 14 years old, and was a popular Australian swimsuit calendar model in 1994. Gina has also competed in many IFBB-NPC bodybuilding shows in Australia.
Gina entered the fitness modeling scene through a chance meeting with the Miss Australia bodybuilding champion, who encouraged her to join a gym in 1992. This 5’5″ Aussie (native to Perth) began her stellar 13-year rise to the top of the world. fitness game on home soil
She is a highly sought after fitness trainer in Perth and the US. Her physique comes from a strict diet of “chook”, which is Australian chicken and lots of grilled fish. Her training weight is usually 48kg and in and out of season she weighs around 52-54kg
Her advice to aspiring fitness models is to try to eat clean (boiled, grilled, steamed) five days a week and cheat a little on the weekends. Cardio should be a big part of your routine to really get that ripped look.
Gina advises that you “shouldn’t take too many supplements ‘because they can damage your liver'”, she uses glutamine and a fat burner before training, and plenty of whey protein – “nothing special in the way of supplements”.
“If you really want that lean fitness model, limit your fat intake to 25 grams a day and cut out a lot of carbs, because doing those two things will improve your physique in no time.” Look at her abs and you know she knows what she’s talking about.
