How to Teach Gymnastics Mommy and Me Classes
Mommy and Me gymnastics classes are for children aged 18 months to 3 years. At this age it is very difficult to keep their attention. It’s your responsibility as a coach to make it fun and enjoyable, don’t overwhelm them!
