The rationale is simple: our bodies can only take in and absorb a limited amount of food every few hours. The excess is simply stored as fat. In addition to portioning out meals, it’s just as important to cut back on foods like fast food, sugary drinks, and snacks.
Last but not least, building abs takes time, dedication and discipline. Those who already have perfect abs will not attest to how difficult it is to maintain those ripped abs. What you gain after weeks and months of training can be lost in a matter of days if you don’t have the right lifestyle.
