Chapter 21:2 said that Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age; this meant that she herself had to be past childbearing age, but both of these kings wanted her for her beauty. She had to be beautiful in her old age, because no king wants an old, wrinkled-looking woman in his court.

Our youth can be restored as Sarah’s youth was restored because we have her spiritual DNA within us. Read Psalm 103:5 that fills your mouth with good things, so that your youth may renew itself like the eagles. If we believe and ask to restore our youth, then God will give it. We won’t have to pay for expensive rejuvenation products that may or may not work; we simply ask the Lord to do it for us, and He will if we believe.

Yes, eating right and getting enough rest will delay the aging process, but obviously it will catch up with you and probably sooner than you would like, but if you believe in restoring your youth, you will start looking better than ever. above because it is part of your heritage. We are the descendants of Abraham and heirs of his promise from the Lord. What God promised to Abraham and Sarah is now ours and we can ask for it and He will give it to us. Jesus said all things are possible to him that believeth, so if we believe that our youth can be renewed, then it will be.
